Alice Louise Wyatt, 87, of Connersville, passed away suddenly Wednesday afternoon, April 4, 2018, at her residence.
One of six children of James and Catherine Elizabeth Cathers Randall, Alice was born in London, Kentucky on July 26, 1930.
On March 19, 1955, she married Raymond C. Wyatt in London, Kentucky and came to Connersville for residence soon after the wedding. Mr. Wyatt passed away on April 24, 1999.
Alice was a member of Western Avenue Baptist Church and worked at Philco-Ford and its successors for many years.
She enjoyed being outdoors and growing flowers and vegetable gardening, often sharing with her family and friends. A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Alice enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include two daughters, Dallas (James E.) Holmes and Deborah Lee Wyatt Rogers, all of Connersville; four grandchildren, Audrey (Jason) Cloyd of Connersville, Bradley Ray Rogers (fiancé, Salee Brewer) of Connersville, Clint (Elizabeth) Holmes of Indianapolis, and Scott (Erin) Holmes of Connersville; twelve great-grandchildren; a sister, Zelma Denham of Somerset, Kentucky; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Besides her husband of 44 years, Raymond Wyatt, Alice is preceded in death by her parents; a two year old daughter, Cathy Lynn Rodgers; two grandchildren, Brooke Lynn Holmes and Dustin Edward Rogers; four siblings, William Randall, Wilma Caugill, Dorothy Johnson, and Jewell Weilbaker; and Deborah’s fiancé, Troy Metcalf.
Family and friends may call from 12:00 noon until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 9, 2018, at Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home. Reverend Shawn Tipton will officiate. Burial will follow in Dale Cemetery.
