Betty Jean (Fox) Krammes

June 28, 1931 ~ January 21, 2018 (age 86)
Betty Jean Krammes, 86 of Connersville passed away Sunday afternoon, January 21, 2018 at Reid Health of Richmond, Indiana.
 
A life-long resident of Connersville, she was born June 28, 1931, one of seven children of John Henry and Ruth Baber Fox and was a 1949 graduate of Connersville High School.
 
On June 25, 1950, she was married in the First United Methodist Church to Lowell D. Krammes Jr.. Mr. Krammes passed away on January 9, 2001.
 
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker.
 
Betty was a member of the First United Methodist Church and she enjoyed taking care of her home and sitting on the porch in the evening hours,
 
Survivors include two children, Carol Ruth Frye, of Connersville and Gary T. Krammes, of Richmond; a daughter-in-law, Angela Krammes, of Connersville; eight grandchildren, William Johnny (Lori) Frye, Cory Todd Frye, Jeremy E. Krammes, Justin Krammes, Brandon Krammes,  Vanessa (John) Sailor, Danielle (Tyler) Kilgus and Kelsie Krammes; seven great-grandchildren; three step-great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; two brothers, Mark H. (Esther) Fox, of Connersville and James (Bonnie) Fox, of Berlin, Arizona; two sisters, Mary Helen Browning, of Brookville and Rita (James) Marshall, of Cambridge City; a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
 
Besides her husband of 50 years, Lowell Krammes Jr., she is preceded in death by her parents, a son, Terry Krammes, who died August 16, 2012 and a son-in-law, Johnny W. Frye, who died December 5, 2015; a brother, Charles Fox and a sister, Rena Thompson.
 
Graveside Services will be held at 1 PM, Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at Dale Cemetery with Pastor Frank Oakman officiating.  There will be no public visitation.  Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.  Family and friends may visit anytime at millermosterrobbins.com.
