Tyler Joseph Cook

Tyler Joseph Cook, 25, of Connersville, passed away Wednesday morning, November 13, 2013, at the Emergency Room of Fayette Regional Health System.

He was born April 16, 1988 in Connersville, the son of Gregory Joseph and Amy Renee Day Cook.  He was a 2006 graduate of Connersville High School.

He attended Higher Praise Worship Center.  Tyler loved to play basketball and truly delighted in all forms of sporting activities and events; but, especially, he was an avid New Orleans Saints fan.

He was very artistic and gifted in drawing, coloring and painting; he enjoyed watching movies and playing video games.

Survivors include his parents, Greg and Amy Cook, his paternal grandparents, Willard and Frances Cook, his maternal grandparents, Wendel and Donna Day, all of Connersville, six aunts, Lisa Day Jaggers of Connersville, Rachel Day Kuhn and her husband Larry of Milton, Indiana, Rebecca Day of New Castle, Indiana, Betsy Day Miller and her husband Bryan of Pendleton, Indiana and Debbie Kelley of Connersville, one uncle, Brian Day of Connersville, and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents and an uncle, Steve Cook.

Funeral Services will be held 2 PM Saturday, November 16, 2013, at Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home; burial will be in Dale Cemetery.  Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 11 AM until the time of the service on Saturday; they may also visit anytime online at millermosterobbins.com.

In honor of Tyler’s devotion to the New Orleans Saints, it is requested that everyone wear black and gold or any Saints apparel in his memory.

My Heart breaks for you all, as well as for Joey and Adri,and all Tylers Many friends. I have so many wonderful memories of the sweet little boy I knew just yesterday. I have no word that can express how much we loved Tyler and feel for you all. May God be with you all.

I am so sorry for you family's loss. I worked with Tyler as Hassler's and he was always smiling, always friendly and had a kind word or asked how I was doing. I will miss seeing and talking to him every day as I'm sure all the other Hassler workers will too. God bless your family and give you strength in your time of sorrow.

Amy & Greg, you are in my every prayer. No words can express the loss you are feeling. I hope that in time, you will cherish the memories and love Tyler brought to your life and may God comfort you and ease your pain.
