Jeryl Lynn Telker

June 30, 1959 ~ May 16, 2018 (age 58)

Jeryl  Lynn Telker 58, of Liberty went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Reid Health Care in Richmond, Indiana.

She was born June 30, 1959 in Connersville, Indiana one of four children to Howard Edward and Charlotte Ann May Telker.

Jeryl was a 1977 graduate of Union County High School in Liberty, Indiana, a United States Air Force Veteran , a member of Brownsville United Methodist Church and the American Legion Post 122.

She had been employed as an assistant manager for Elder Bermann and enjoyed doing puzzles, gardening, working in her flowers, cooking, telling stories , spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren.

Survivors include her two daughters: Sheri (Jeremy) Jordan of Connersville and Jo Ann(John) Luce of Centerville, Indiana; her grandchildren: Jamie, Yonna and Jaxson; her mother Charlotte Ann Telker of Brownsville; her sister, Deanna (Phillip) Cooper of Brookville; two brothers: Steve Telker  and Michael Evan Telker  both of Brownsville; grand dogs: Eli, Elsie, Sylvanas, Max and Georgia; her cat Wilson; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Howard Edward Telker on October 7, 2017; her paternal grandparents, Edward and Elsie Telker and her maternal grandparents Kermit and Mildred May.

 A celebration of Life Service will be held on at Noon on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at Brownsville United Methodist Church 216 S. Main St., Brownsville, Indiana with Rev. Shelley Dodson, officiating.

Burial will be in Brownsville United Methodist Church Cemetery with military honors being conducted by American Legion Post 122.
